12live IVIS (Interactive Video Instore Screen) includes a dialog stand 12live IVIS Location and a 12live IVIS Client.
Each store has the IVIS Location.
Each IVIS Location has 1 to 12 supplier experts ready to help you and your customer.
The supplier experts are using IVIS Client. IVIS Client is a laptop for answering all calls from all IVIS Locations.
All calls can be transferred (call diversion) to other IVIS Clients such as laptops, tablets og smartphones.
All devices shall be online.
